Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Altaswiq Agencia website and, together with your signed proposal or engagement letter, the services we provide. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Our services

We provide digital marketing services including SEO, AI search ranking, paid advertising management, social media, email marketing, web design and development, and reputation management. The scope, deliverables, and KPIs for each engagement are defined in your written proposal before work begins.

2. Engagements & billing

Services run on monthly retainers invoiced in advance. After an initial 90-day period, engagements continue month-to-month and either party may end them with 30 days' written notice — no cancellation fees. Advertising media budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms and are never marked up by us. Late payment may result in paused work.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, materials, and approvals needed to deliver the work; to ensure content you supply is accurate and lawfully yours to use; and to maintain any platform accounts (Google, Meta, hosting) in good standing. Delays in access or approvals may shift agreed timelines.

4. Ownership

Everything we create for you — websites, content, campaigns, data, and reports — belongs to you once paid for. Ad accounts, analytics, and CRM records are created in your name from day one. We retain ownership of our internal tools, templates, and methodologies, and may reference anonymised results in our marketing unless you ask us not to.

5. Results & liability

Marketing outcomes depend on platforms and markets we don't control; we commit to agreed activities, transparent reporting, and written KPIs, but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the month in which the issue arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public business information confidential during and after the engagement. Your campaign data is never shared with other clients or third parties except the service providers needed to deliver the work.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will first be addressed in good-faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: contact us.
