Marketing people who answer to your numbers.
Altaswiq Agencia was built on a simple frustration: agencies that report activity instead of results. So we built one where every client gets a dedicated project manager, a live dashboard, and a team that treats your budget like its own.
"I started this agency because I was our worst-case client."
Before Altaswiq, I ran marketing for a family business here in the India. We hired three agencies in four years. Each one arrived with a beautiful pitch, sent invoices on time, and reported "impressions" while our phones stayed quiet. When I asked what our money had returned, the honest answer was: nobody knew.
Altaswiq Agencia is the agency I needed then. One project manager who knows your business by first name. A dashboard that shows spend, leads, and revenue every single day — including the weeks we underperform. Contracts you can leave monthly, because retention should be earned by results, not signatures. Five years and 140+ clients later, that stubbornness about measurement is still the whole strategy.
If you've been burned before, I understand completely. Ask us for the free audit — and judge us by what it finds, not what we promise.
The team behind the numbers
The long version — for people who read before they buy.
Where Altaswiq Agencia comes from
Altaswiq Agencia was founded in 2021 — on the client side of the table. Before this agency existed, our founder spent four years buying marketing for a India family business: three agencies, three beautiful pitches, three years of reports that counted impressions while the phones stayed quiet. The lesson wasn’t that marketing doesn’t work; it’s that unmeasured marketing can’t be managed. So the agency we built starts where the others ended — every engagement wired to a live dashboard from day one, every promise written down, every number visible to the person paying for it. The first client was a neighbourhood clinic that needed twelve more patients a month. It got twenty-three. The clinic told a restaurant, the restaurant told a realtor, and almost everything since has grown the way our clients do: by referral, on results.
The dashboard is the business model
Most agencies treat reporting as an obligation. We treat it as the product. The dashboard every client receives shows spend, rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue per channel, updated daily — including the weeks a campaign underperforms. That isn’t bravery; it’s strategy. When clients can see everything, conversations change from “what have you been doing?” to “what should we do next?” — and trust stops being a feeling and becomes a habit. It’s also why our average client relationship now runs past two and a half years in an industry where the norm is barely one: nobody stays because they’re locked in, because nobody is.
One project manager, senior specialists
Every account is owned end-to-end by a dedicated project manager — one person who knows your market, your margins, and your goals, and answers your messages personally. Behind them sits a bench of senior specialists: SEO, paid media, social, email, web, and AI search, each with at least five years in their channel. You get the coordination of a single point of contact and the depth of a full team — without ever re-explaining your business to a new account executive each quarter.
AI where it helps, humans where it matters
We use machine learning where it demonstrably outperforms people: keyword intelligence, bid optimisation, anomaly detection, and share-of-answer tracking across AI engines. We keep humans where judgment lives: strategy, creative, copy, and the honest “this isn’t working — here’s plan B” conversations. We never auto-publish machine-generated content under a client’s name. The tools make our specialists faster and sharper; they don’t replace the thinking you’re paying for.
Your first 90 days
Every engagement opens the same way: a free audit, delivered within 48 hours, that benchmarks your search presence, your competitors, and your quickest wins. If we work together, month one is foundations — tracking, technical fixes, account hygiene — because growth built on broken measurement always collapses. Months two and three are momentum: campaigns live, content shipping, quick wins landing, and your dashboard filling with real numbers. At day 90 we sit down and compare results against the plan we wrote before you paid — then you decide, month to month, whether we keep earning the retainer.
What we ask of clients
The partnership works when both sides show up. We ask for honest access to your numbers — sales, margins, capacity — because optimising toward the wrong goal wastes everyone’s money. We ask for one decision-maker who can approve things in days, not committees that take months. And we ask for patience where channels genuinely compound: SEO and AI visibility reward the businesses that keep going through month four. In return, you get a team that treats your budget like its own.
You own everything, always
Ad accounts, analytics, websites, content, CRM data, dashboard history — created in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working without us; you lose nothing but our time. We’ve watched agencies hold accounts hostage to save relationships their results couldn’t. We’d rather be the agency you can leave easily — and don’t.
Who we’re not for
We’re a bad fit for businesses that want guaranteed #1 rankings (nobody honest sells those), overnight results from compounding channels, or a supplier who’ll quietly execute a strategy they know won’t work. We turn down engagements when a budget can’t realistically win its market — and we say so in the audit, with numbers. It costs us revenue and saves everyone’s time; both halves of that trade feel right to us.
Rooted in the India, working worldwide
We grew up in one of the most competitive digital markets anywhere — where every clinic, restaurant, and realtor fights for the same map pack — and about a third of our clients are now international. The model travels because it isn’t cultural: a dashboard, a dedicated PM, a weekly shipping rhythm, and written targets work in any timezone. Wherever you are, you’ll always know exactly what your marketing did yesterday.
